The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) can provide a guarantee of EUR 50 million to Raiffeisen Bank (Kyiv), which will cover up to 50% of the risk on newly issued loans totaling the equivalent of EUR 100 million, the EBRD announced on Thursday.
