Ukrainian refugee flow to EU is lowest since start of war: report
KYIV, March 29 – On March 28, some 33,000 people crossed the state border from Ukraine to the EU and Moldova, which is almost 20% less than the day before, and is the minimum figure since the beginning of the war.
