KYIV, March 29 – Reaching an agreement with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) on a four-year EFF program worth $15.6 billion will help Ukraine finance 2023 budget deficit and actively raise money for recovery, Finance Minister Serhiy Marchenko said.

"We are also actively working to raise funds for recovery, and this will now be the main focus and priority of our activities," he said on the air of the national telethon on Wednesday.
