Captain of ill-fated tugboat plans to submit formal sea protest Journal Staff Report
The captain of the Ukrainian Naftogaz-67 tugboat that sank near Hong Kong on March 22 plans to submit a sea protest, Ukraine's First Deputy Transport Minister Vasyl Shevchenko told Interfax-Ukraine. The statement on the sea protest may be submitted only if an accident occurred during the ship's voyage or its berthing and the accident may become a basis for making high demands of a ship owner.
