The main theory pursued by the investigation into the phosphorus train accident in Lviv region on July 16 is related to the condition of cargo and tankers, First Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Mykola Azarov said after a Friday meeting of the National Security and Defense Council in Crimea, the Cabinet of Ministers reported. Azarov said the scale of the aftermath of the accident had been exaggerated from the very beginning.
