Ukraine will not be able to complete the construction of capacity for storage and transshipment of agricultural cargo, in particular grain, at the borders in two or three years, in order to ensure exports comparable to the potential of the ports, said the President of the Ukrainian Grain Association (UGA), Mykola Horbachev.
