Belgium unblocks EUR 1.7-bln in Russian asset income to help Ukraine

Western support is most important for Ukraine to win war, poll shows

KYIV, Feb 29 – The majority of respondents (57%) believe that the most important factor for Ukraine's success in the war against the Russian Federation is adequate support from Western countries with weapons, sanctions and financial assistance, as evidenced by data from a survey conducted by the Kyiv International Institute of Sociology (KIIS) from February 17 through February 23, 2024.
