KIEV, May 13 - The U.S. Department of Agriculture has predicted that the grain harvest in Ukraine will total 39.67 million tons in 2008 compared to the U.S. agency's estimate of 28.49 million tons in 2007.

The USDA said in a recent report that grain exports from Ukraine could total 12.6 million tons in the 2008-2009 marketing year (July to June) compared to 2.41 million tons in the previous marketing year.
