KYIV, April 12 – The Netherlands has provided another EUR 1 billion in defense assistance and EUR 400 million for recovery to Ukraine in addition to obligations under the bilateral security agreement, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said after a phone talk with Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte.

"Prime Minister Mark Rutte said in a phone talk that the Netherlands has provided another EUR 1 billion in defense aid to Ukraine and EUR 400 million for recovery. This is in addition to the obligations under our bilateral security agreement," Zelenskyy wrote on his Telegram channel.
