KIEV, April 10 – By an overwhelming margin, Ukraine’s parliament voted across party lines on Thursday to ratify the protocol on Ukraine’s accession to the World Trade Center.

The move, which was approved by 411 of the 450 members of the Ukrainian legislature, effectively removes the last barrier to the country’s economic integration into world economic markets.
