KIEV, Dec. 5 - Yulia Tymoshenko, Ukraine's likely new prime minister, on Wednesday criticized the recent natural gas price agreement with Russia as a "failure," and pledged to hold new talks with Moscow after her government is sworn in.
Tymoshenko reacted to reports that Ukraine and Russia on Tuesday had reached an agreement allowing Gazprom to boost prices 38.4% next year, while Ukraine would only boost gas transportation tariffs 6.3%.
