KIEV, Sept. 13 – Ukrainian steel mills and the Industry and Economy ministries are completing talks with the U.S. Department of Trade on a new agreement on the suspension of the antidumping investigation into Ukrainian-made cut-to-length carbon steel plates, said Ihor Kirichenko, the ministry’s mining sector department head.

He said that Ukrainian mills, including Alchevsk steel mill, agreed all terms on the process with the U.S. Department of Trade.
