KIEV, May 3 ??“ UkrGaz-Energo, Ukraine's only natural gas importer, is to develop its distribution network for selling fuel in 2007, purchase energy generating facilities, and participate in their modernization.

The company's basic development priorities for 2007 were approved at a stockholders' meeting on April 28, 2007.

Among its development priorities, the company also mentioned investments into industrial exploration and extraction of oil and gas in Ukraine and abroad.
