KIEV, Nov. 22 ??“ Ukraine, pressed by the United States and by the European Union, on Wednesday pledged to comply with World Trade Organization regulations while revising its recent controversial grain export restrictions.

Economy Minister Volodymyr Makukha said the government will probably increase quotas for exports of corn and wheat after many investors complained the restrictions had been hurting their operations.
