KYIV, Jan 12 – Ukrzaliznytsia has launched its own chat service with an option of selling tickets in the Viber (ukr_railway) and Telegram (@Ukrzaliznytsia_Tickets_Bot) messengers, in the first version available for Intercity +trains.

"We have several interesting new products that are not yet in any other online service, and are not even on our website. This is a notification on which platform your train is arriving. We collected requests for this functionality, there were a lot of requests," Head of the Passenger Company branch Oleksandr Pertsovsky said at a briefing on Tuesday.
