KYIV, Aug 7 – The United States civil lawsuits filed August 6 in a Florida court regarding the confiscation of the property of Ihor Kolomoisky and Hennadiy Boholiubov will limit these former shareholders of PrivatBank in the use of financial services around the world and may cause the closure of their bank accounts, Deputy Head of the Supervisory Board of PrivatBank Artem Shevaliov has said.
"The United States Department of Justice submissions indicating criminal acts in which the United States suspects these individuals are sufficient for them to get into the World-Check system, which immediately will make it impossible for them to use banking and other financial services around the world (except for banking institutions that do not operate on international standards) and may lead to the closure of their respective accounts," Shevaliov wrote on his Facebook page on Friday.
