KIEV, Aug. 14 ??“ Ukraine may start moving Caspian Sea crude to markets in Europe in September 2008, not sooner, when Kazakhstan is expected to increase its oil output, Energy and Fuel Minister Yuriy Boyko said Monday.

The comment shows that Ukraine will probably continue to move Russian crude via Brody-Odessa oil pipeline for exports via a terminal near Odessa at least during the next two years.
