KYIV, Aug 21 – Expanding the agreement on a free trade zone (FTA) in the service sector between Ukraine and Israel will facilitate the purchase of Ukrainian IT services by the Israeli companies, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Israel-Ukraine Chamber of Commerce and Industry Yevhen Shulhin said.
"Israel has huge restrictions on the payment of services outside the state, tax restrictions. If the states agree on benefits in the service sector, this will provide serious support to the IT industry in Ukraine. This will simplify the purchase of Ukrainian IT services by Israeli companies. Nowadays this is a rather complicated procedure," Shulhin told Interfax-Ukraine.
