KYIV, March 22 – Ukraine's payments on gross external debt in 2019 will be $15.7 billion, according to data on the website of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU).

According to the central bank, in January-March of this year payments on gross external debt will amount to $5.609 billion, including $4.28 billion in principal, after which in the second and third quarters the amount of payments will decrease to $3.608 billion and $3.919 billion respectively.

The amount of payments in the fourth quarter of 2019 will be $2.519 billion, including $1.853 billion in principal, the NBU said.
