KYIV, March 18 – Kyiv city after Lviv has become the second city in Ukraine and 21st in the region, which joined the Green Cities Project of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), EBRD Senior Advisor on External Affairs Anton Usov said.

According to him, following a memorandum signed on Friday, March 15, with the Kyiv City Administration, a roadmap will be developed that will help improve the environment and living conditions and create more comfort in the city with the support of the EBRD.
