KYIV, Nov 8 – President Petro Poroshenko and European Commission Vice-President for Euro and Social Dialogue, Financial Stability, Financial Services and Capital Markets Union Valdis Dombrovskis have discussed the implementation of all six conditions by Ukraine to receive a first tranche of macrofinancial assistance from the European Union in the amount of EUR 500 million.
The press service of the Ukrainian president reported on Thursday that during the visit to Helsinki to participate in the summit of the European People's Party (EPP), Poroshenko and Dombrovskis discussed the status of the implementation of the memorandum of understanding and the loan agreement between Ukraine and the European Union regarding the fourth program of macrofinancial assistance to Ukraine in the amount of EUR 1 billion.
