KYIV, Sept 28 - Ukrainians believe that migration may be the main negative consequence of Ukraine's membership in the European Union, while the public's views on key benefits of EU membership have changed over time, according to a poll conducted by the Ilko Kucheriv Democratic Initiatives Foundation and the Kyiv International Institute of Sociology (KIIS).
According to poll results published in Kyiv on Friday, 46% of respondents believe that the main negative consequence of Ukraine's membership in the EU may be the emigration of Ukrainians abroad. At the same time, the percentage of those fearing such consequences has increased significantly in comparison with 2015 when 33% of respondents saw such a negative prospect of membership.
