KYIV, Sept 5 – The international developer Ceetrus (formerly Immochan), part of the French holding company Auchan, is studying prospects for building housing and offices in addition to retail real estate in Ukraine after changing the development strategy on the global market.
"If we speak about its history, the main mission of Immochan, which was created in 1976, was to be a traffic generator for the hypermarket [Auchan] ... Its rebranding as Ceetrus is a landmark event, as we move from a company operating exclusively in the field of commercial real estate, and become an international developer that works in all real estate spheres," CCO of Ceetrus Ukraine Ganna Koryagina said.
