KYIV, Aug 9 - Fintest Trading Co Limited (Cyprus), which owned 100% of the shares of Donetskstal Iron and Steel Works (Donetsk, the occupied zone), sold 24.989999% of its shares to the following four companies each - Metinvest B.V. (the Netherlands), Altana Ltd, Misandyco Holdings Ltd (both based in Cyprus) and Treimur Investments Ltd. (the Virgin Islands), as well as to an unnamed company, and withdrew from the company's shareholders.

Information on the change in the composition of shareholders as of August 1 of this year was received on August 7, 2018, the enterprise said in the information disclosure system of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission.
