KYIV, April 3 – A proposed bill will introduce a forced sale of cultural heritage assets, such as historical buildings, if their owners refuse to take care of them, lawmakers said.

MPs Mykola Kniazhytsky, Ihor Lutsenko and Dmytro Bilotserkovets submitted the bill No. 8202 "On Amending Certain Laws of Ukraine on Improving the System of Protection of Cultural Heritage" was registered in the parliament on March 26.
