KYIV, Feb 9 - The resumption of lending to Ukraine by the International Monetary Fund (IMF) under the EFF program is the key issue for the survival of the country, Makar Paseniuk, managing partner of ICU Investment Group, said.

Paseniuk is a long-term ally of President Petro Poroshenko and is often alleged by industry sources to have been managing Poroshenko’s assets.
