KYIV, Feb 6 – National power grid company Ukrenergo plans in March 2018 to present calculations for feasibility of launching new solar power plants and wind farms in the regions without a risk of unbalancing the united power grid of Ukraine, Ukrenergo Head Vsevolod Kovalchuk said.
"We are now finalizing this. I hope that in March-April we will present seriously substantiated mathematical calculations for each region of Ukraine on critical power values for solar power plants and wind farms that can be introduced without a risk of unbalancing the Ukrainian power grid," he said at a press conference in Kyiv on Tuesday.
