KYIV, Jan 22 - Ukraine is obliged to continue carrying out reforms in 2018 despite the upcoming elections, including because of its obligation to the International Monetary Fund (IMF), without cooperation with which the country will not be able to fulfil its debt obligations, Head of the Group of Strategic Advisors for Support of Reforms in Ukraine Ivan Miklos said.
"It's normal in democratic countries when politicians do not want to carry out reforms before the elections, because people are afraid of reforms.
