KYIV, Dec 20 - Head of the State Space Agency of Ukraine (SSAU) Pavlo Dehtiarenko said Ukrainian space and rocket companies are interested in reviving the international Sea Launch project.
The U.S. authorities are yet to approve a deal on the purchase of Sea Launch assets by a new owner, the Russian aviation group S7 Group.
The project is actually "frozen" in the conditions of the new geopolitical situation and which acquired a new owner in 2016, Dehtiarenko said in an interview with Ukraine's 2000 newspaper, posted on the SSAU's website: "Sea Launch is really a project of the 21st century."
