KYIV, Nov 21 – Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman instructed First Deputy Prime Minister Stepan Kubiv to make sure state shipbuilding companies affiliated with defense group Ukroboronprom clear wage arrears to workers, the government reported.

Groysman reacted to concerns that the arrears that were accumulated, first of all, at the Mykolaiv-based 61 Communards Shipyard may jeopardize construction of naval ships.
