KYIV, Oct 5 - The International Monetary Fund (IMF) is concerned about amendments to the VAT refund system, IMF Resident Representative in Ukraine Goesta Ljungman said.

Ljungman sent a letter to Parliamwntary Speaker Chairman Andriy Parubiy and Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman, and was disclosed by lawmaker Andriy Zhurzhiy.
