KIEV, May 15 – The transport corridor that would connect the Baltic Sea and the Black Sea, Gdansk and Odessa, will pass Vinnytsia region, and this is a top priority of Ukraine's Infrastructure Ministry, according to Infrastructure Minister Volodymyr Omelyan.
"Our task is to repair roads well all over Ukraine this and next year, including in Vinnytsia region, and then to switch to concession projects. People should have choice: to drive on a good, but free-of-charge road, or they drive a highway of the European style paying for it," he said on May 13, staying with a working visit in Vinnytsia region.
