KIEV. Jan 13 – Ukraine has climbed 17 positions in the Global Services Location Index (GSLI) that analyzes and ranks the top 55 countries for outsourcing worldwide, from 41st in 2014 to 24th in 2016, according to a report of U.S. A.T.Kearney management consulting firm.
"The country has moved up 17 spots in the GSLI, as currency depreciation led to a major gain in its compensation cost score, accompanied by improvement in the competitiveness of its tax and regulatory costs," A.T.Kearney said.
