KIEV, April 21 - The decline in Ukraine's industrial production in March slowed to 21.1% from 22.5% in February, and 21.3% in January, the State Statistics Committee reported on Monday.

Ukraine saw a 9.6% rise in industrial output in March compared to February 2015 (growth is traditional thanks to the number of days in the month), and in January-March the decline year-over-year was 21.4%.
