KIEV, Oct. 23 – Dnipropetrovsk Regional Governor Ihor Kolomoisky and U.N. representatives are planning soon to sign a memorandum that foresees the allocation of over $2 million for internally displaced persons, the regional state administration reported.

The work on the memorandum was conducted for nearly five months. UNHCR Regional Representative for Belarus, Moldova and Ukraine Oldrich Andrysek repeatedly visited Dnipropetrovsk region and met with the leadership of the regional state administration for negotiations on the signing of the memorandum.
