KIEV, Sept. 22 – Nine out of the 15 largest banks in which stress tests were conducted will require additional capitalization, said Alla Shulha, director of the general banking supervision department of the National Bank of Ukraine.

"Tests showed that nine out of 15 banks should increase capital. The required sum is assessed at UAH 56 billion," she said in an interview with Dilova Stolytsia weekly.

She said that the results do not mean that all these credit and financial institutions are troubled and urgently require the money.
