KIEV, Sept. 4 – A meeting of Ukrnafta shareholders scheduled for September 11, will not be held for organizational reasons.

According to a report of the board of the largest oil extracting company in the country, Naftogaz Ukrayiny convenes an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in Ukrnafta for October 10, 2014.

The agenda of the meeting scheduled for September 11 included the distribution of profit for 2011-2013 and the approval of a procedure and terms of paying dividends. The agenda also includes the issue of signing agreements on supply of natural gas between Ukrnafta and Naftogaz Ukrayiny for 2006-2014 to form the resource of gas for the needs of households.
