KIEV, Aug. 27 - The Foreign Ministry believes that before making a decision on the sending of humanitarian aid from Russia it is necessary to hold consultations with the participation of the International Committee of the Red Cross, the trilateral contact group and the OSCE.

Ukraine received a note from Russia on its intention to send a second humanitarian aid mission to Ukraine. In its response, Foreign Ministry spokesman Perebyinis said on Tuesday, Kiev informed the Russian side of gross violations during the previous delivery and warned Moscow of the need to follow strict rules.
