KIEV, April 22 - A Ukrainian court ruling has frozen the assets and property of Odessa oil refinery amid an investigation into alleged massive illegal imports of gasoline, the Internal Affairs Ministry reported Tuesday.

The move comes three weeks after the Ukrainian authorities said they would seek to nationalize the refinery owned by fugitive oil trader thought to be linked with deposed Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych.
