KIEV, April 15 - Fujikura (Japan), the world's leading manufacturer of machines for producing optical fibers, will invest $75 million in the construction of a plant in Lviv, said Serhiy Yevtushenko, head of the State Agency for Investment and National Projects Management.
"The Japanese company decided to place its production in Lviv – this is an investment of $75 million. It has already completed its registration and will soon move to creating a new factory and several thousand jobs," he said at a round table during the State Agency for Investment and National Projects Management's providing extracts from the register of industrial parks to five Ukrainian cities in Kiev.
