KIEV, Nov. 3 - A 32.8% stake in Ukrainian oil refinery Galychyna will be auctioned off on Dec. 15, Sokrat, a Kiev-based brokerage, said Thursday, citing an agreement with owners of the stake.

The stake, at a starting price of 572 mln hryvnias, or $113 mln, will be sold at the Ukrainian Interbank Currency Exchange to a bidder that will offer the highest bid, Sokrat said.
