KIEV, Oct. 27 - Top officials from TNK-BP, Russian oil major that owns a big oil refinery in Ukraine, met President Viktor Yushchenko Wednesday seeking measures to help oil refinery sector, the company said Thursday.

This was the first such meeting since May when a dispute between the government and oil companies has led to turbulence on the market and subsequent gasoline shortages.
