KIEV, Oct. 8 ??“ Anatoliy Kinakh, the secretary of the National Security and Defense Council, will travel to Moscow on Monday to discuss an agenda for an upcoming visit to Kiev by Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Kinakh, at a meeting with his Russian counterpart Igor Ivanov, will approve a set of issues that will dominate a special commission between Putin and President Viktor Yushchenko, Kinakh said Saturday.
