KIEV, Sept. 27 - Ukraine will suggest Russia resume building a new natural gas pipeline across Ukraine to increase Russian gas shipments to Europe, Energy and Fuel Minister Ivan Plachkov said Tuesday.

Prime Minister Yuriy Yekhanurov will travel to Moscow on Sept. 30 for talks with his Russian counterpart Mikhail Fradkov, and will probably suggest to resume the project, analysts said.
