KIEV, March 30 - Ukraine’s largest oil producer UkrNafta and largest oil refinery UkrTatNafta should be merged into one operation, Ihor Kolomoyskiy, a billionaire co-owner of both companies, said Wednesday.

Kolomoyskiy said there were no merger talks at the moment, but suggested he will throw his clout towards creating the vertically integrated oil company, or VINC.

“We are in favor of creating the VINC,” Kolomoyskiy said at a press conference.
