All this seems to be a perfect match.

After the disintegration of the former Soviet Union in 1991, gone were the hefty orders for hundreds of ballistic missiles and huge cargo aircraft that had been manufactured in Ukraine. For almost a decade, the aerospace sector plunged into chaos.
