Ukraine International Airlines (UIA) plans to post profit in 2020, UIA President Yevhen Dykhne has said during a meeting with reporters at Boryspil International Airport. "We worked in January much better than the budget. And in general, we expect profit over the year," he said. According to Dykhne, the UIA management plans to make the airline as efficient as possible. As reported, UIA plans to reduce the fleet in 2020 to 34 aircraft. According to the carrier, the maximum number of aircraft in 2019 was 42 units.
