Lukoil subsidiary Lukoil Europe Holdings BV and AMIC Energy Management GmbH, Austria, have closed on the sale of 100% of Lukoil-Ukraine CFI, which owns around 240 filling stations and six petroleum tank farms in Ukraine, as agreed earlier in summer 2014, Lukoil said.
