Ukrainian investment bank Dragon Capital and Swedish fund East Capital Bering Ukraine Fund have jointly acquired a 70% stake in Chumak from businessman Hans Rausing, East Capital said in a statement. The financial details of the acquisition have yet to be made public. Chumak is one of Ukraine's producers of ketchup, mayonnaise, sauces and pasta products.
