Donbass Fuel-Energy Company, also known as DTEK, a division of System Capital Management, has mandated Barclays Capital and Standard Bank to arrange a $150-million syndicated loan to optimize its loan portfolio, the company told Interfax. The banks have started to syndicate the loan, which is expected to be repayable at LIBOR+3%.
